• Payment processing for premium services

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, copy, or aggregate content from the Platform
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission

5. Service Provider Obligations

If you register as an agency, freelancer, consultant, or vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of your services
• Respond to inquiries within a reasonable time
• Deliver services as advertised or refund payments
• Maintain professional communication standards
• Not make false claims about your expertise or results
• Comply with all applicable business and professional regulations

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on Yeillo, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Yeillo or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Yeillo a perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Yeillo offers both free and premium services. For paid services:

• Payments are processed through our authorized payment partners
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Yeillo does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or qualifications of any service provider.

Limitation: Yeillo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions made through the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yeillo, its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Yeillo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• Upon request by law enforcement
• For non-payment of services

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
