1. Eligible Services for Refund

Refunds are available for the following paid services:

  • Lead Packages: Unused leads can be refunded within 7 days
  • Subscription Plans: Monthly/annual plans can be canceled anytime
  • Featured Listings: Pro-rated refund if service not delivered
  • Lead Wallet Credits: Unused credits can be refunded

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within the specified period
  • Service must not have been substantially consumed
  • No violation of Terms of Service
  • No fraudulent activity on the account
  • Previous payments must not have been disputed

3. Refund Periods

Monthly Subscription 48 hours of renewal 5-7 business days
Annual Subscription 30 days of renewal 5-7 business days
Featured Listing Before activation 3-5 business days
Wallet Credits 30 days of purchase 5-7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Lead credits already used to unlock leads
  • Completed subscription periods
  • Already delivered featured listing time
  • One-time setup fees (if any)
  • Transaction fees and processing charges
  • Custom services or integrations
  • Promotional or discounted purchases

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your Yeillo account
  2. Go to Dashboard → Billing → Request Refund
  3. Fill out the refund request form
  4. Our team will review within 48 hours
  5. You'll receive an email with the decision

6. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing takes 5-7 business days for cards, 7-14 days for bank transfers
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once processed
  • Original transaction fees may be deducted

7. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Unused subscription time: Pro-rated based on remaining days
  • Partially used lead packages: Credits for unused leads only
  • Service interruptions: Credit or partial refund at our discretion

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback may result in:

  • Account suspension during investigation
  • Loss of access to all paid services
  • Ineligibility for future refunds
  • Termination of account in severe cases

9. Account Termination & Refunds

If you choose to close your account:

  • Unused prepaid services will be refunded per this policy
  • No refund for current subscription period
  • Any pending refunds will be processed before account closure
  • You can request data export before closure

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
